CONDITIONS PROCESSING OF ORDERS:

They will be provided by e-mail a copy of the valued order or proforma invoice to be returned with their agreement.

The order will be immediately processed and prepared, so any extension of it will be considered as a new order.

PORTES:

Paid from € 100 before taxes. (In a single shipment)

Orders less than € 100, € 6.00 (plus VAT in force) will be added for postage or you can send a pick up at your expense.

PORTES FOR FURNITURE AND EQUIPMENT:

They are valued according to weight and volume or they can send a pick up at the customer's expense.

PACKAGING AND INSURANCE: PAID

Our prices include insurance and packaging costs.

DELIVERY TERM:

48-72 working hours, except in case of possible breakage of stock, eventual incidents in the transport and special delivery terms previously agreed.

In the case of breakage of stock will be notified of the expected delivery time, this second delivery with freight at our expense.

Shipments will be made through a transport agency of recognized prestige with transport insurance at our expense.

These conditions are valid for Peninsula and Balearic Islands.

For the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla, shipping and customs charges on behalf of the client.

For shipments outside Spain consult conditions.

 

We remind you that you must notify us within 24 hours of any incident or malfunction attributable to transportation, for purposes of validity against the Insurance Company, for which we ask you to count the number of packages and your state, stating it before signing the carrier's delivery note. .

PAYMENT METHODS:

Orders: 40% upon confirmation of the order and rest prior to delivery.

First order cash and remaining 30 days invoice date.

They will be sent by e-mail, a copy of the Proforma invoice so that they can, at their convenience, decide the form of payment among the following:

Transfer to the bank account that will be provided.

Direct debit, Bank charge.

Credit card.

RETURNS AND INCIDENTS

In returns originated for reasons of our responsibility, the products will be paid in full, being the postage and expenses originated at our expense.

If the merchandise does not satisfy you, you can make a return indicating the number of any of the following documents: order, delivery note or invoice, the reason for the return and prior phone notification within seven days from the date of receipt of the product ( accredited by the carrier).

In case the return is due to the client's responsibility, the postage and expenses will be at your expense.

We remind you that in order to expedite the processing you must indicate the sufficient data so that the return is accredited with the purchase and the subsequent payment can be linked to it.

All products that come in their original and unused packaging will be accepted, after checking that the merchandise is in perfect condition.

In any case, the refunds of special orders on the firm and medicines of special sanitary control that require a prescription for their dispensation are excluded, so we kindly request that they be insured before carrying out the order.

After the period of seven days from the date of receipt of the product, only returns will be accepted with the prior approval of our company, otherwise the return will be refused and reshipped.

All products returned for reasons beyond our responsibility and outside the seven days established by law, will be subject to a handling fee of 15% of the invoice value and must be issued with shipping costs on account of the customer.

In case of returns of expired products, they can make them arrive at their charge and we will take charge of their Environmental Management free of charge, without any payment.

SALES CLAUSES

Pharmacy No. V-193-DiSalud and Difarza, S.L.-B96386875 are not responsible for the direct or indirect consequences that may arise from the use of the products.

Warranty: All our products comply with current legislation.

The reception of any order automatically implies acceptance of the conditions detailed above.
